Rates
- Shoulder Season 1: Oct 1- Nov 20 $600 per night
- High Season: Nov 21- April 30 $800 per night
- Shoulder Season 2: May 1 to June 15 $700 per night
- Closed June 15 to Sept 30
- Security Deposit $1000
- Cleaning Fee $350
Discounts
- Book 10-19 days enjoy a 10% discount
- Book 20-29 days enjoy a 20% discount
- Book 30 days + enjoy a 30% discount
Availability
Booking policies
- There is a 3 night minimum.
- No pets are allowed.
- No guests under the age of 18 are allowed. (And we are not able to accommodate your friends, staying in other casas, that may have kiddos under 18.)
- ALL guest’s full names must be provided to security– so they must be provided to me 1 week prior to arrival.
- ALL guests will be required to sign a hold harmless/waiver of liability.
- The reservation will be confirmed upon signing of the Rental Agreement and receipt of the security deposit of $1000.
- 50% of the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Final payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- There is no refund for early departure, date changes or no-shows.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the security deposit, minus a $200 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 60-90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the $1000 deposit.
- Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent.
- Failure to make payments when due will result in cancellation of the Agreement.
- Cancellation policy may differ for 20+ days. Please inquire.
